I let my girls go nekked, they were scared to pee on the floior and within one day they were set. Did that with Porter too, just had a huge shirt to cover his buisness up in front of his sisters. Good luck! ALso, check out Target or Wal Mart for the dresses.
CANDY! Tori was so happy to go potty to get candy. Also, in order to get Tori to realize what it feels like to go, I sat her on the potty in the front room and let her watch movies. After she got the understanding of what it feels like to go, I then put her on the potty every hour till she finally got it. There are tons of methods. Good Luck. Also, push the fluids so she gets lots of practice. I liked crystal light because it's flavored and your child won't gain 10 pounds getting potty trained.
My mom says that if you get frustrated, they aren't ready. Cora held her pee every night for almost a week and would pee in the potty in the morning, but she would pee in her panties during the day. After a weeks I was frustrated, so we decided to just wait a little longer. Matching dresses, I agree with Tiffany, Walmart has matching dresses in those sizes, you can also try Gymboree, they usually have matchy match stuff...I would know I'm the queen of matchy match!
Wait until they are ready and it will make a world of difference! I love Target for matching easter clothes. You can make them match exactly or get coordinating ones. Let me know if you want bows to go with them!
Part of getting interested in it, is realizing when something is happening! Warm weather helps! Play outside nekked :) When she pees, you can say "OH! You just peed!" Then she'll get the idea, and you don't have to worry about your floors.
Old Navy has matching clothes from 6 months up to 5T, but if Ellie is smaller than that I don't know what to tell ya. I bought Kellan and Max matchers too, I love it.
